In Australia, we have a criminal organisation trading as the ANZ bank. The ANZ bank engages in defrauding its customers, embezzlemment against its customers, and theft from its customers' accounts, including making unauthorised payments from customers' accounts to third parties, and, arbitrarily freezes its customers' accounts, without any judicial involvement - no judgements or court orders; simply the bank taking it on itself to freeze customers' accounts, purely for the purpose of causing gratuitous harm to customers, and, so that the bank can make use of the funds in customers' accounts, to which the bank has prohibited the customers from access. The bank commits all of these offences against its customers, and commits acts of terrorism against its customers, threatening the lives and safety of its customers, with the support of the Australian federal government, which simply ignores the misconduct of the bank.
So, for customers who have funds that they can still access, in accounts with the ANZ bank, the safest thing to do, is to take all of their money out of the bank, before the bank robs them of their mnoney, as it did with us.
This is an unfavourable review of the shonky company named Fisher & Paykel, that makes bodge washing machines and other household appliance. Fisher & Paykel is a long established company, originally it was a reputable New Zealand manufacturer of high quality whitegoods (household major appliances) such as refigerators and freezers, washing machines and dryers, and electric stoves. Then, apparently, the company got taken over by a chinese company; Haier, and, the quality of the goods and service, degenerated into shonkiness. The now shonky company supplies bodgy appliances, designed to ruin peoples' lives, with the policy of "If you want a usable and reliable washing machine, do not buy a Fisher & Paykel one, and, do not expect acceptable service from Fisher & Paykel - the products are junk, so do not expect the company to fix them, as both the products and the company, are unfit for purpose.". And, the company refuses to give refunds for unusable products that are unfit for purpose ("You didn't really expect a Fisher & Paykel appliance to work, did you?"). If you get conned into buying a Fisher and Paykel appliance, expect it to be unsable for at least one to four weeks, every year, including during and immediately after the warranty peiod, if it does work at all at other times. And, Fisher & Paykel have a history of not providing documentation showing work done and parts replaced, on the occasions that they do (temporarily) repair their bodgy appliances.The bottom line is, if you want a washing machine or another household appliance that works, do not buy a Fisher & Paykel one, and, if by chance, it does happen to work wheen you get it, do not expect it to keep working when you need to use it, and, if it breaks down, do not expect Fisher & Paykel to fix it or give you a refund. because they are a shonky company prodeucing body appliances.
This is an unfavourable review of Winning Appliances, the appliances retailer that refuses to acknowledge complaints about the products that it sells, and, that refuses to acknowledge request for refunds of appliances that it sells, that are unfit for purpose and that do not work. Overall, winning Appliances is a shonky business.
This is an unfavourable review if Hisense, the major appliance manufacturer. I recently purchased a $2000 Hisense appliance, and it is simply expensive junk. It does not provide the functionality that it is supposed to provide, the User Manual is deceptive and does not apply to the appliance, the controls are designed to obstruct and be obscurantist, and, the appliance is simply harmful. And, Hisense do not respond to email communications, and, after a number of weeks, have failed to confirm registration of the purchase of the appliance. I strongly recommend against buying Hisense products.
In June, I purchased a major appliance from The Good Guys, with the installation of the appliance being an extra charge that was paid. The installation was incompetent and incomplete. The Good Guys have refused to provide a receipt for the purchase, and refused to even acknowledge the written request for the receipt, apparently to prevent registration of the purchase of the appliance, with the manufacturer, for warranty coverage. I want a full refund of the purchase of the appliance, but, the Good Guys have rapidly closed down, refusing to acknowledge written communications. Do not buy from The Bodgy Boys trading as The Good Guys, unless you want to be ripped off.
This is an unfavourable review of Doors Plus. Despite their advertisements, Doors Plus have refused to provide any quote for a relatively simple door replacement job; the job that was wanted, involving replacing a single door, to make the doorway safer, removing a significant safety risk. The slogan "Doors Plus - No fuss" appears to mean that, if the company cannot rip off a customer for thousands of dollars, the company is simply not interested, especially in small jobs costing less than a thousand AUD. Shonky company, that treats prospective customers, and safety, with contempt - avoid Doors Plus, unless you want to be ripped off.
This is an unfavourable review of Great Wall Motors aka Haval. We have a Great Wall X200 SUV. After 9 years, the (single) key fell apart, requiring a replacement to be purchased. Then, the driver's internal door handle fell apart, leaving a dangerous stub, that is like dealing with an exposed ceramic scalpel blade. I have not encountered any other experience like driving while holding exposed ceramic scalpel blades. The only GWM dealership with 60km, refused to give a quote for replacing the door handle, so, the vehicle no longer has a driver's internal door handle. Then, the electrics started failing, and the vehicle is designed to not be able to be serviceable. The vehicle became, after 9 years, unreliable, unsafe, unroadworthy, and unserviceable, with these characteristics being in accordance with the shonky Austeralian Design Regulations, and, the shonky Western Australian road transport regulations, that do not require road vehicles to be roadworthy, which is why vehicle manufacturers dump motor vehicles in Australia, that no other country would allow. So, I strongly recommend against buying, owning, or, driving, a GWM / Great Wall Motors / Haval motor vehicle, unless you want to injure, kill, or maim, yourself, your passengers, your family, and, anyone in the vicinity of the vehicle at any time.

This is a Western Australian state government owned electricity generation and transmission company, that controls and regulates the SWIS grid in Western Australia, without any form of accountability.

It extends to the coast in the south and west, to Kalbarri in the north and Kalgoorlie in the east. It is not connected to the other large Australian grids. Other parts of the state are connected to independent, smaller grids, including the larger-scale North West Interconnected System and many smaller microgrids managed by Horizon Power.
The SWIS consists of both the South West Interconnected Network ("poles and wires") and its electricity generators. The South West Interconnected Network is operated by Western Power, owned by the Western Australian government, and includes over 7800 km of transmission lines,[2] and over 93,000 km of distribution lines."

The only purported recourse that customers have, against Western Power, is to make complainhts to the state Energy and Water Ombudsman Of Western Australia (EWOWA), which functions as a protection racket, protecting Western Power from accountability.
Western Power controls applications for the installation and use of household rooftop photovoltaic systems to be connected to the SWIS grid, and, applications must be approved by Western Power, before work can commence on the installation of such systems
In the Perth metropolitan area, household single phase grid connection fuses are rated at 63A, or, about 15kW. That means that houshold electrical circuitry is expected to be capable of handling 15kW of electricity, in total, being drawn from the SWIS electricity grid.
But, Western Power has the policies of wilfully sabotaging the grid stability, wilfully increasing peak demand on the electricity grid, wilfully making the electricity supply even more unreliable, unstable, and unsafe, imposing electricity fraud on customers, and, of gratuitous malfeasance, in addition to showing its hostility and opposition to the use of clean energy, by punishing hoseholders who have household rooftop photovoltaic systems. And, Western Power lies about what it does, and, lies about the reasons that it does what it does.
Western Power, through implementing those policies, on behalf of the state government that is opposed to the use of clean energy, imposes the restriction of limiting the capacity of hybrid photovoltaic inverters for household single phase grid connections to the SWIS grid, to 10kW, and, the SWIS grid is the only electricity grid in Australia, where 10kW hybrid photovoltaic inverters for household single phase grid connections, are not allowed. No genuine reason exists, other than gratuitous malice, for not allowing single phase hybrid photovoltaic inverters of up to 15kW capacity, with zero export limiting, to be connected to the SWIS grid.
A hybrid photovoltaic inverter allows connection to a battery system, for storage, so that, when electricity is generated by the rooftop photovoltaic system, and, is in exccess of the household load, the surplus electricity can be stored in the battery system, for discharging to provide electricity to the household, when the household load exceeds the electricity being generated by the rooftop photovoltaic system. And, 10kW single phase hybrid photovoltaic inverters have export limiting, so that electricity being exported to the grid, can be set to be limited to a particular value, including zero export limiting, so that no electricity is exported to the grid.
Two examples of 10kW single phase hybrid inverters, that are allowed to be used on other electricity grids in Australia, but, not on the corruptly controlled SWIS grid in south western Western Australia, are the Sungrow SH10RS, with 200% oversizing (can run 20kW of solar panels capacity), 14.5kW of power in backup mode, and 10kW of generating capacity, and, the lesser powerful GE GEH10-1U-10 (made by Goodwe, and, rebranded as GE), with 150% oversizing (can run 15kW of solar panels capacity), 10kW of power in backup mode, 10kW of generating capacity, and, this one has an A/C bypass switch, so that, if the inverter fails, the user can easily bypass the inverter, and, draw electricity directly from the electricity grid. And, both of those inverters have capacityfor up to 4 MPPT's. But, those two, and, other such inverters, whilst being allowed to be installed, connected, and used, on the other grids in Australia, including the smaller grid in Western Australia, operated by Horizon Energy, are banned on the SWIS grid, due to the corruption that is Western Power. And, on the datasheet for the GE one, is this; "The grid feed in power for AS/NZS 4777.2 is limited to 4950VA & 21.7A.", so the GE 10kW single phase hybrid photovoltaic inverter, cannot export more power to the grid, than a 5kW single phase hybrid photovoltaic inverter. But, we are stuck with the corruption and malfeasance that is Western Power.
And, 12kW single phase hybrid photovoltaic inverters, with zero export limiting, exist. But, they also, are not allowed on the SWIS grid, for houeholds, due to the corruption and malfeasance that is Western Power.
But, Western Power lies about all of this, and, refuses to allow the use of 10kW hybrid photovoltaic inverters for household single phase grid connections to the SWIS grid, so as to maliciously cause harm to the grid, by increasing instability of the electricity grid, wilfully increasing the peak demand, maliciously causing harm to its customers, and, as an act of gratuitous malfeasance, by maliciously punishing customers for using clean energy.
This is what happens when utility companies are not accountable, and, when members of parliaments are allowed to, and, do, accept bribes from fossil fuel companies (and, bribery and corruption, are integral parts of government in Western Australia).
